potash fertilizer accounts for 10-60, an organic biological multielement compound agent accounts for 5-50, wherein the biological inoculant accounts for 6-8, a liquid binder accounts for 3-5, a filling material accounts for 10-20, 
livestock and 
poultry manure or 
humic acid accounts for 50-80, the 
urease inhibitor accounts for 0.1-0.15, the
