The invention discloses a polyarylester 
liquid crystal material with photoelectricity activity and containing azo and 
aniline segments and a preparing method of the polyarylester 
liquid crystal material, belonging to the filed of functional 
polymer materials. The method comprises: reacting 
azobenzene diacyl 
chloride with different 
substituent groups with parahydroxydiphenylamine to prepare an azo ester 
monomer, then performing oxidative 
coupling polymerization on the azo ester 
monomer and p-phenylenediamine to prepare oxidation azo polyarylester 
liquid crystal material, and through reducing of hydrazine 
hydrate and 
ammonium hydroxide, obtaining the polyarylester liquid 
crystal material with photoelectricity activity and containing azo and 
aniline segments. The polyarylester liquid 
crystal material with photoelectricity activity and containing azo and 
aniline segments has good solubleness and 
thermal stability, has electrochemical activity similar to an aniline 
oligomer and photoinduced isomerism of an 
azo polymer, and can produce 
lyotropic liquid 
crystal in organic solvents such as N,N-
dimethylacetamide and dimethylsulfoxide. The material has good application potential in aspects of biosensors, optical elements and electromagnetic materials, and the like.
