The invention relates to an acid and alkali resistant polyether modified trisiloxane surfactant and its preparation and application. The general 
structural formula of the surfactant is: wherein, R1=hydrocarbyl structure, X=NH, O, n=  0-12, m=0-12, R2=H, CH3.  Preparation method: under the protection of 
nitrogen, add unsaturated polyether and catalyst into the 
solvent, heat the 
oil bath to 60-65°C, react for 20-30min, then raise the temperature to 70-120°C, then add heptamethyltrisiloxane dropwise  Alkanes, reaction 0.5-48h, that is.  Used in pesticides,
