The invention relates to a vacuum evaporating 
coating machine of films for aluminum thickened metalized capacitors. An 
evaporation source comprises a first aluminum 
crucible and a second aluminum 
crucible, wherein the first aluminum 
crucible is installed on one side wall of a 
vacuum evaporation coating chamber for synchronously performing an aluminum film 
evaporation coating step, and the second aluminum crucible is used for an aluminum reinforced layer 
evaporation coating step. After aluminum film evaporation coating, an aluminum reinforced layer can be quickly coated by 
vaporization on the surface coated with an aluminum film by 
vaporization; the two evaporation steps are synchronously performed; and the thickening of the reserved side of the aluminum metalized 
capacitor is realized. The 
machine has the greatest advantages that a natural 
oxide layer is formed, the capability of 
moisture resistance is high, the storage cycle is long, the natural repair performance is good, metalized films can produce Al2O3 after natural repair, and the parameters of the 
capacitor arrre not affected. Simultaneously, the 
machine improves the quality of the whole coating film, and simultaneously improves the evaporation efficiency, and solves the problem that the traditional vacuum evaporating coating machine at home and abroad can not prepare films of aluminum thickened metalized capacitors. Simultaneously, the vacuum evaporating coating machine of films for aluminum thickened metalized capacitors can also be used for producing films for pure aluminum metalized capacitors.
